You guys are ridiculous.

I am a redhead. And I find this website completely and utterly offending. You speak of redheads not as people, but as, say a dog. We are just like everyone else. And you 'raising redheads' does not give you the right to stereotype.

Reply by Deb at RR: Hi Jackie -- thanks for taking time to write in. I truly am sorry if the website offends you -- it certainly was not meant to do that. As a mom of redheads, I put it together really to encourage, not hurt anyone or stereotype...and offer support for parents/kids dealing with teasing and negative stuff. The stereotypes are already out there and I wanted to offer another viewpoint I guess. I agree redheads ARE like other people and yet in other ways are uniquely beautiful, but others don't always think so and tease them .... I've gotten so many emails from people saying thank you for the site, from moms with kids who have been teased, and even adults.... It's just a place to share, brag a bit, and encourage. I had hoped you'd see that in some of the web pages. It did hurt a little reading what you had to say, but as a redhead yourself I do appreciate and value your opinion.
