Strawberry Shortcake was originally an American Greetings fictional character with red hair that later branched out to multiple other products like dolls, toys, and even a TV cartoon series. There have been many books by different authors, even scratch-and-sniff books and coloring books.

My girls loved her and had the toys and dolls. Didn't have to worry about violence or negative stuff -- just fun...She's listed on my "Famous Redheads" pages too.
