Rhiannon my little ginger nut!

by Clare Turner
(Swansea UK)

Cheeky little witch!

Cheeky little witch!

Cheeky little witch! Painted smurf! Crashed out with her brother Logan who has his Dad's brown eyes and hair

My daughter Rhiannon was born on 25th July 2007 with a full head of red hair, which came as a shock as both me and her Dad have dark hair and no one else in the family has red hair. Being a Leo too she's fiery as Hell but loves being a red head. She's never had any negative comments, but if she does I'll kill the one responsible!

Her brother Logan was born in 2009 and is a mini me of their Dad and has his curly dark brown hair and big brown eyes. Rhiannon has my blue eyes and they have our pale skin but the strawberry blonde is a mystery!

Wonderful blessings!
by: Deb

Reply by Deb at RR: Hi Clare and thanks for sharing your story and lovely photos of your 2 precious children. You are blessed indeed! They are both so adorable and I have to admit your daughter is just so cute and love her hair color!

Like you we were surprised by our own 2 redheads, so can understand how you might feel! Just have to laugh at how those red hair genes just show up unexpectedly. Both parents have to carry the gene so we just never know what ancestors had it or when it's going to surprise parents in the delivery room ...and what a wonderful adventure! :)

Thanks again for visiting the site and telling us about your lovely family.
