Redheads from Brasil

Hi!
My name is Roger, and I'm from Brasil. Our family lives in south, where the immigrants came more than 200 years ago...My family came from Germany and also from north of Europe. We live in a tropical country, but here in the south is not so rare see a redhead in the streets. Our family have 3 redheads (me, my older son and my daughter). Have uncles and others in our family with the MC1R gene...

Like Robert ("I answer back to idiots" photo), I lived in UK some years ago and people liked to call me "ginger". Like him, I don't like that "nick"...Why people in Europe are so racist? Here in Brasil we don´t suffer that kind of calling. Here people think "redheads" are pure Europeans breeds...(sorry about my English). So that's my short story...

In this photo you can see Leo and Gaby, they just wake up that morning and I catch the picture...(if I do a mistake in English please, I'm sorry).
They upset with me because I send it without ask, but to me they are Ok !!

I enjoyed reading your story and was happy to hear redheads are not teased very much there. I too do not understand why redheads are hated so much in other countries... so senseless really.
