Redhead Stereotypes: Snobs

I am 24 years old and live in a small town. One woman I work with whom I am very close to said all her life in school all the redheads were very snobby and were know-it-alls and thought they were better than everybody else. I have looked all over for that stereotype, but never found it and never ever heard of that. She says she always had a hard time getting along with redheaded girls or guys. Has anyone else heard this stereotype?

I think the myths and legends cause people to think that and those who think that often have the mind set...and meet one of us...then they purposely provoke us till we want them to go away; and depending on our reaction, they believe the myths and call us mean. I think we're just victims of unwanted attention that builds till we basically go "BOOM"

I've honestly never heard that as a stereotype but, being a redhead myself, people have made the same claims about me -- when really once ya get to know me I'm a down-to-earth girl, just slightly more aggressive in life.
Are redheads snobs?

Thanks for submitting your friend's observation about redheads she's met being snobs. That's one stereotype I personally have not run into so will submit it to my readers and Twitter it as well. Hopefully, we'll get some more input on this!
