Red Headed Twins! (Myself & Sister) Plus a sweet bonus, my Red Headed Son!

This photo was taken of me and my twin sis in our early 20's. I loved being a twin with red hair to share all the attention with...good and bad. And yes, sadly, I was picked on as a young girl with red hair. Kids calling us names and even throwing popcorn in our hair at the movies. But, what a double blessing it was to have red hair, and a red-haired twin to share it with. We love our hair, and thank the Lord for making us different.

I was so excited that the Lord gave me two more blessings. My Beautiful Daughter with blonde hair, and my sweet Red Headed Son. I truly did want to pass on my hair to one of my children. But, the fear of being teased as a child made me fearful of what he would go through, especially being a red headed boy. To my joy and surprise, kids have really become more tolerant and accepting of red heads...and any child that might look a little different for that matter. My son loves his red hair, and the fact that everyone at our city ball park knows him by name...because of his Beautiful Copper Hair...and sweet personality.
