Long, Thick, and very, very Red!

by Kat
(United States)

Throughout my teenage years, I rebelled against my red hair by dyeing it every color under the sun. Brunette, Blond, even Purple! But now, at nearly twenty years of age, I have finally come to embrace my inner ginger and have reverted back to my natural shade. I'm glad I did, because I have never been given more comments and compliments on my unruly locks as I do now. And coming from a girl who once had purple hair, that's saying something! ^-^

Hi Kat and thanks for submitting your lovely photo. You certainly have tried out other hair colors! (reminds me of my own 2 redhead daughters who did the same thing!). I guess we all go thru stuff like that and end up at some point accepting how God made us -- each unique -- and hopefully loving who we are too. I'm so happy to hear you found your inner ginger. It's wonderful that people compliment you and I also think you're beautiful...love your hair shade!

Thanks for visiting and sharing...please come back again...
