Movie about the longest-running Australian comic strip character, the mischievous redhead Ginger Meggs. (Kind of like the Australian version of the American 'Dennis the Menace') This Australian movie was originally released in 1982 and apparently never released on DVD so hard to find. Has kind of a 'comic book' look to it. It starred Paul Daniel as Ginger Meggs (who dyed his hair for the role), Gary McDonald as Mr. Meggs, and directed by Jonathan Dawson.
