	Karin Dor (born 1938) Born Kätherose Derr, this German actress appeared in several American films such as playing the first German 'Bond girl' (redhead Helga Brandt) in the 1967 James Bond film 'You Only Live Twice.' She also appeared in the Alfred Hitchcock suspense film 'Topaz' in 1967.

Became a famous actress for her role in the film 'Twilight' as the redheaded vampire, Victoria, (the role in later films to be played by redhead actress Bryce Dallas Howard). Now able to branch out to other roles, she is to be appearing on the new legal show on American TV called 'The Deep End' on ABC. Also playing a doctor in an ABC television series 'Off the Map' about doctors in a South American clinic.

Although has starred in film and TV, she's currently best known for role on the adult-themed, Emmy-nominated, cable TV series 'Mad Men', playing the curvy, statuesque secretary 'Joan Halloway.' Christina is a natural blonde; however, she has dyed her hair red since age 10 because of her love of actress Megan Follows' portrayal of the character 'Anne Shirley' in the Canadian series 'Anne of Green Gables'! With her beautiful fair complexion, this famous actress makes a gorgeous redhead! In a "Survey of the American Woman" by 'Esquire' magazine in 2010, she was voted the "Best-Looking Woman in America." In early 2011, she was chosen to be the new face of fashion designer Vivienne Westwood's "Get A Life Palladium" jewelry collection. (Read her quotes.) Apparently, her 'Mad Men' character 'Joan' is now a $75 collectible Mattel Barbie doll with fitted outfit and coiffed red hair but with noticeably less curves and smaller chest...why change her figure?

Won Academy Award for Best Actress in 1969 for her role in the movie 'The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie' plus multiple acting awards throughout her long career. This famous actress has played a pretty redhead in several films, including the 1965 movie 'Young Cassidy' about Irish playwright Sean O'Casey. In her later years, she's in the 1991 Peter Pan movie 'Hook' as the elderly 'Wendy' and currently well known for her role as 'Professor Minerva McGonagall' in the 'Harry Potter' films. Her son is actor Toby Stephens. She's considered to be one of our greatest famous actresses.

Also seen in the 2009 sci-fi movie 'Star Trek' playing 'Gaila,' the redhead, green-skinned Orion who is also Cadet Uhura's roommate and love interest of Cadet James T. Kirk. Plus, she has appeared on the TV series 'Alias' as CIA officer 'Rachel Gibson.' Former model.
	Laura Prepon (born 1980) US famous actress best known for role as pretty red-haired "Donna Pinciotti" on TV series ’That ‘70s Show’, although she later went blonde and is enjoying the change. (Read her quote about redheads.)

Often appearing as a redhead, this famous actress is known for her films 'Pocketful of Miracles,' 'State Fair,' 'Bye Bye Birdie,' and of course the Elvis film 'Viva Las Vegas.' Winner of Golden Globe Awards and has had multiple nominations for Academy Award and Emmy. Still actively performing in Las Vegas and other venues.

Although born in the US, she grew up in England and her family later moved back to America. She's actually a blonde but dyed her hair red for the X-Files role to lovely redhead shades and styles. (I think it suits her well!) Other movie roles include 'The Last King of Scotland' and 'The X-Files' movies.

The film was based on the series of children's books by Ludwig Bemelmans, same title. The cute strawberry blonde girl fit the part well.

This famous actress has appeared as a redhead off and on during her long career, including the 1967 musical 'Camelot'. She's an accomplished, award-winning British actress who comes from a family of actors for 5 generations. She is the mother of Natasha Richardson and Joely Richardson. She is a social activist and her activities are not without controversy.
